Our 30-day promise

We want you to love what you blend into your routine. If you're not completely happy, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

How to start a return

• Email info@blendenvy.shop with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
• We'll reply with simple return instructions and the studio return address.
• Pack your items securely and ship them back to us.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued within 5–7 business days.

Eligibility

To keep things hygienic for everyone, returned items should be unused or gently swatched and in their original packaging where possible. For safety reasons, opened fragrance and heavily used skincare may be assessed case by case — reach out and we'll always do our best to help.

Exchanges & shade swaps

Bought a foundation shade that wasn't your perfect match? Let us know and we'll help you exchange it for the right one. Our Shade-Match Discovery Kit is a great low-risk way to find your shade first.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement right away — no return shipping required.
